Overview

The AssetVision™ Asset Management solution provides a comprehensive approach to tracking and managing telecom, data, system and business assets. The module maintains a centralized repository of all voice and data networking assets across the enterprise including circuits, equipments, service providers and users plus maintenance contracts and relationship with other assets within the Enterprise Architecture.

The Asset Inventory Module maintains all system, software, circuit and other asset details, including engineering elements, location information, associated hardware and multi-level escalation contacts.

The access to data is controlled through multi-level access control based on the user’s role within the organization.

The Asset Module has an easy to use Web front-end with a backend relational database.
